BellFires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : BellFires
Customers Fault Description : Just stopped working - taken the battery out to change and see that a wire is somehow come free which may be the cause. There is also a wire frame that doesn't appear to be connected to anything on one end?
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This gas fire remote arrived safely from Northampton and on testing was confirmed to be dead due to a damaged battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
