Customer's Fault Description
The unit no longer communicates with the shower unit.
I have changed the batteries and reset the nit several times but no sign of the base unit receiving.
It is rattling suggesting a loose component.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Shower remote arrived safely from Halifax and on inspection was confirmed to rattle and not transmit a signal.
On opening the oscillator was found to have broken away form the PCB. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
