Customer's Fault Description
Only top button ever use to open and close door, it is supposed to light up blue but doesn't and of course doesn't open or close door.
Change battery twice, first time it worked for a short while but now nothing
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Hormann garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal (see testing video)
The remote was tested at random points over a 2 day period with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
