Mertik Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertik

Customers Fault Description : Remote lights up but does not talk to receiver. Receiver has been checked by gas service engineer.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote arrived safely form York and on testing was found not to transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted and the battery cable replaced which restored full functionality.
