Glow worm Climapro2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It was dropped and the screen is partially obscured, otherwise still seems to be working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Heating remote controller arrived safely from LYTHAM ST. ANNES and on inspection was found to have a damaged screen and loose battery terminals.

The screen was replaced and the terminals reset which restored full functionality.  The battery fitting is now tight which is how it is meant to be (its a badly designs battery housing that can be tricky)
