This AirCon unit remote controller arrived safely from Crondall and on testing was foudn to have most of the buttons being non responsive.

There was surface rust on the terminals which indicated a battery leak.

When opened the button array / print was found to have suffered corrosion.  The print was cleaned up and reworked which restored full functionality.  The terminals were cleaned and re-plated.
