Customer's Fault Description
The buttons have stopped working and have required more and more pressure to try and get them to work up to now. There are only two buttons on the hand set one to raise the chair and one to lower the chair.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote controller arrived safely from Wotton-under-Edge and on inspection was found to have a bad dry joint on on of the microswitch pins, this was causing an intermittent connection.
The solder joints were all re-flowed.
