Customer's Fault Description
Unit had been in storage for some time without batteries being removed (Yes, I know!). Opened unit, cleaned contacts, fitted new batteries, checked correct voltage going to battery wires, re-assembled & tried to control Beo Century - not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Laurencekirk and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The code being sent was tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no issues being found.
The code being transmitted was also tested against a stock codeset and again found to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
