Customer's Fault Description
Remote control looses power from time to time. battery connection strip seen better days needs replacing ideally possible loose wire on circuit board.

The procedure it should follow is:
Switch on, green light should flash and you should hear an audio beeping. when there is a loss of connection there is no light and a buzzing sound/ screech.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely from Stoke on Trent and on inspection was found to have a missing battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
The battery cable was damaged.
n testing the power was intermittent. This was due to the battery cable itself, once a replacement was fitted normal functionality was restored.
