Betterlife Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Betterlife
Customers Fault Description : It has stopped working but the motor on the chair seems OK
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable at the remote entry point and also bad buttons.
The buttons were replaced and then the cable cut back by a few centimeters and reconnected to bypass the break.
The case was glued together as it was forced open prior to arrival with us.
