Remote illuminates but movement pressing the movement buttons do not result in any chair movements.

This Chair remote control arrived safely from Tranent and on inspection one of the SMD LEDs was found to be open circuit, this is a common issue which causes the functionality of the remote to stop.

The LED was replaced and the rest of the remote tested as OK.
