Customer's Fault Description
Not sure, the led did blink before. Missing something in the middle. The systems work with the hardware buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Zap remote controller arrived safely from The Netherlands and on testing was found to be dead.

This was caused by a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
