Customer's Fault Description
The unit does not start the gas fire. When operating the light on the remote control is yellow in colour when it should be green
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire remote controller arrived safely from Leamington Spa and on testing was found not to transmit a signal and the LED was yellow.
The issue was caused by a cracked IR LED (see image) which when replaced restored full functionality.
