Blue wire going into hand remote open circuit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote arrived safely from Smethwick and on inspection had signs of opening prior to arrival with us (the PCB was "taped" inside upside down and the screw hole under the facia was poked through leaving a hole in the facia)
The cable was confirmed to be damaged at the remote entry point. This was cut back and refitted to bypass the break.
The bottom 2 button contacts were slightly high in resistance due to worn contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under the buttons.
