Customer's Fault Description
The reverse button stays on for a period of time after release. The actual button pops back but the contacts stay on. Sometimes necessitating me switching the remote off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing the top middle button was found to continue to activate after the button was released.
On opening this was found to be due to a tiny amount of contamination over the button contacts that was temporarily shorting the button.
The button contacts and array was cleared of all contaminants, when re-tested the remote functioned as normal (see testing video)
