Customer's Fault Description
Only 1 button working on remote. This is white top left to recline back. There are two splits in cable also
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celebrity remote controller for an electric reclining chair arrived safely from Middlesbrough and on inspection was found to have a break in the cable which was causing a few open circuits.
A straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
