Glow worm climapro 2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Central button not working Dropped on floor and bits rattling around inside

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Glowworm remote controller arrived safely from Eccleshill and on inspection was confirmed to rattle.

When opened it was found that 2 of the buttons had broken away from the PCK and also the displays fixing pins were broken.  The buttons were replaced and the screen glued into place.  Full functionality was restored.
