Customer's Fault Description
Front panel with buttons found detached from main body. On reassembling the RC failed to function with the Sound Bar.

The casing does not clip back together, so may need gluing back together. Please go ahead and glue together when you get it working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Control for VISTA 100 Soundbar arrived safely from Reading and on inspection was found to be disassembled on arrival (it appears the retaining clips are broken)
On testing the remote was dead, this was due to bad battery terminals, a replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality. The case was then glued back together.
