Customer's Fault Description
Battery has not been lasting and only right button was working properly before. Not working at present and want to see what the problem is. It might not be connecting to the battery.
Uses Alkaline Battery A23 12V
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage Door Remote controller arrived safely from Newcastle upon Tyne and on testing was found to have bad button response.
This was due to worn button contacts on all buttons. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
