Customer's Fault Description
Unable to program remote with either another working original remote or with main door operator transmitter/ receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door operator arrived safely from Oughtibridge and on testing was found not to have an RF signal.
This was due to a faulty crystal oscillator. We didnt have the exact value but we did have one that "should" be within working tolerance. Once fitted the remote was then found to transmit at the expected 868mhz.
The customer is to test the remote on return. A Duracell battery was supplied fitted as the one sent is notorious for leaking.
