Wires severed at point on entry into remote. The top left button does not operate as a consequence.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Cleveland and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable at the remote entry point.

The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the break.
