Customer's Fault Description
The remote does not ignite the gas fire, the red light comes on but the remote has no effect on the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Faber gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Ayr and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
When tested without test receiver all was found to be working.
It was therefore concluded that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
