Gazco Riva2 Remote Repair Details

Model : Riva2

Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. Nothing showing on screen. Changed batteries but no change. We think the terminal is broken.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote controller arrived safely from London and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable and also a faulty regulator, the regulator and cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
