Powrtouch Evo Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrtouch Evo

Customers Fault Description : When I press the two green "on" buttons to switch the remote on it works erratically and is unreliable. Sometimes it takes a VERY long time, but it does eventually turn on and other times nothing happens at all (we had to push the caravan onto one site as the remote would not turn on!).

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Remote Control for a Motor Mover on Single Axle Caravan arrived safely from Keighley and on testing was confirmed to have poor twin power button response.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued unto place which restored full functionality.
