Customer's Fault Description
The remote control is not functioning, unable to turn the soundbar on using remote control, prior to this certain buttons were becoming hard to use and unresponsive.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Soundbar remote control arrived safely from Milton Keynes and on testing was found to be functioning as normal on all buttons.

The controller was tested over a 24 hour period at random intervals and no fault could be replicated.
