Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to work and LED operates. The light is not working on the receiver unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control and receiver arrived safely from Ashton Under Lyne and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal on any button press.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset itself. The transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
