Customer's Fault Description
Dropped from about 1 foot all buttons working, can get to turn on but if I move it turns off must have dislodged a connection or something !
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was foudn to be powering on and transmitting on each button as per normal. The remote was stress tested but no fault could be replicated.
The controller was then opened to check for possible defects but again no issue could be found.
This item has been classed as no fault found, the customer is to re-test the item with a different battery in case of a faulty battery.
