Customer's Fault Description
No response from either. Have tried both with a new battery. The red lights come on but the door doesn't open.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Gliderol remotes arrived safely from Bridgwater and on testing both were confirmed to not transmit a signal.
This was due to faulty oscillators (one was physically detached by one leg (see image). The oscillators were replaced in both remotes which restored full functionality (see testing video)
