Customer's Fault Description
Blue tooth button on remote not staying solid blue light goes completely out once after trying to connect to trolley.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Golf trolley remote control arrived safely form Bangor and on testing was found to be dead.
When opened the internal battery pack was found to have expanded to almost 3 times its normal size, this was causing the item to not hold its charge. A replacement battery was fitted (it is a smaller capacity than the original). The charging circuit was also repaired due to damage in the print from the battery break down.
