Customer's Fault Description
No 2 buttons do no function and no1 button randomly.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two remotes arrived safely from Winchcombe and on testing the first remote was confirmed to have a intermittent button no2. The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
The second remote was found to be dead, on opening this was found to be due to a dead battery. The customer is to obtain a MN27 battery (these can be found on eBay or amazon), this will restored functionality to the 2nd remote, we do not currently have spare batteries for this remote and therefore cannot fit one and subsequentially there is no charge for this second remote. It was tested with a 12 bench power supply and found to be functioning, this remote is classed as no fault found.
