VALOR Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : ALL BUTTONS NEED REPEAT OPERATION BUT HEAT BUTTON VERY DIFFICULT TO ACTIVATE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor remote arrived safely from Wrexham and on testing the button response was poor.
On opening there was a large amount of liquid contamination over the button array and contacts. The PCB and button pads were cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads fitted which restored full functionality.
