Customer's Fault Description
No response on remote.
Batteries put in and green light flashes 4 times then after that no light flash on any button press.
Seems to be no communication to main motor mover control box.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely from Armagh and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its power button press.
This was due to a corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit to the power button.
The print was reworked which then restored full functionality.
