Customer's Fault Description
Batteries left in, small amount of corosion to inside, remote wont work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Aircon System remote control arrived safely from Norwich and on inspection was found to have suffered a battery leak which had damaged the terminals. This in turn was making the remote dead.
The terminals were etched clear of all acid contamination then re-plated which restored full functionality.
