Customer's Fault Description
The small button on the side should press in and a gree/purple/red light should flash in the symbol on the front. The button no longer ‘presses in’.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dog GPS arrived safely from Billingham and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive button.
On opening this was due to the button itself breaking away from the PCB, this was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
Please note that the buttons is not required to be pushed hard, this is the reason the item broke, a gentle push is all that is required.
