Controller has suddenly become “dead” even with a new battery. The red indicator light on the front fails to light up.when the switch bar is depressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Firmadoor Garage Remote Controller arrived safely from Newquay and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty button, the button was replaced which restored full functionality.
