Customer's Fault Description
Does not work. You repaired this remote a few years ago and it worked when tested on its return. The remote has not been used since but now does not function. I have tried a new battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Heki roof skylight remote control arrived safely from Morpeth and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On removing the PCB there was corrosion in the print, this was causing a lot of open circuits.  The print was reworked and then re-masked.  Full functionality was restored.
