Customers Fault Description : Remote will not turn on…… user manual states to press the button twice to turn it on and then it should light up orange.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely from Wanborough and on testing was found not to respond to its double power button press, this was due to corrosion spots in the print.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
