Customer's Fault Description
Cables needs replacing, one was damaged by pet dog and second one is perished due to age.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two Willowbrook Electric recliner handsets arrived safely and on inspection were found to be missing their cables.  The missing cables were sent on afterwards as requested and when they arrived replacement straight remotes were mapped and fitted onto each remote.
