Customer's Fault Description
Remote control seems to be ok but send is not powering or signaling the gas value to turn up or down
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire control and sender unit arrived safely and on testing the remote was foudn to be transmitting as per normal with our test receiver.
The customers receiver unfortunately looks to have suffered a battery leak and due to this a repair is not possible.
Once these receivers suffer battery leaks they can develop random faults including turning the heater on without intervention and due to this when a battery leak is present we cannot repair these receivers.
