Customer's Fault Description
Lower left button which operates 'recline' is reluctant to operate.
Occasionally when the handset not being used the chair will operate to fully eject, mostly when unattended , but yesterday while I was sitting on it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Handset arrived safely from Harlech and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
