Customer's Fault Description
Light on remote lights up but fire does not light. New batteries inserted in both units.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Remote control and receiver arrived safely from Northampton and on testing the remote was found to not be transmitting, this was due to a faulty transducer.
A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
