Customers Fault Description : Buttons faulty

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Concern for Comfort bed remote arrived safely from Dunstable and on testing was found to have faulty buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
