Customers Fault Description : Remote not working possible loose wires
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This H.S.L. recliner chair remote controller arrived safely from Cambois and on inspection was found to have A damaged cable at the remote entry point.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks. The rest of the remote tested as ok.
