Bose Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose
Customers Fault Description : Aux button, volume buttons and surround buttons not responsive. We can eventually get them to work after pressing many many times
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose Surround sound remote control arrived safely from Plymouth and on testing was confirmed to have various sluggish buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons which restored full functionality.
