Verine Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Verine
Customers Fault Description : spoke to you on the phone a few weeks back , the buttons do not always connect so my customer is struggling with the fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Verine gas fire remote control arrived safely from Northwich and on inspection the battery cover was missing its retaining clip, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the button response was very poor. All 4 buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
