Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not turn off or on have to take battery out the remote to us the panel in the caravan it picks signal up I think it's the on and off button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote controller arrived safely from West Midlands and on testing was found to power on without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamination within the button array, the array was split apart and cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
