Domestic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Domestic

Customers Fault Description : Part that holds the battery in place has snapped leaving no connection for it to work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan skylight remote control arrived safely from Old Windsor and on inspection was found to have a missing battery terminal (due to a battery leak / corrosion).

A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality.
