Customers Fault Description : Broken wires, not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely form Newbridge and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable at the remote entry point with many broken internal cores.

The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks.
