Customers Fault Description : Remote was dropped onto hard wood floor. No longer works. 'Working' LED illuminates, but fire controller does not respond. Batteries in both units replaced.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Fire Remote Control arrived safely form Salisbury and on testing was found not to transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full funcitonality.
