Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dropped onto hard wood floor. No longer works. 'Working' LED illuminates, but fire controller does not respond. Batteries in both units replaced.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas Fire Remote Control arrived safely form Salisbury and on testing was found not to transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full funcitonality.
