This Valor heater remote arrived safely from South Shields and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on all button presses.
The code being transmitted was tested against a stock codeset and confirmed to be correct.
This has classed this item as no fault found.
It is important to note that even though an item works with manual controls it does not mean that the "receiver" of the item is functional.
The customer is to double check the remote with a quality set of batteries to eliminate the possibility of the fault being battery related.
